These applications are designed for hobbyists interested in various yarn and fiber related hobbies such as knitting, crochet, weaving, and spinning fiber into yarn. The Canitag branded applications are currently written and supported as a personal hobby. Because developing the applications is entertainment for their author, they will be offered at the incremental cost of shipping them. Applications that don't require the author to pay license fees per copy sold will be free. The downside is that the amount of time spent adding features, fixing bugs, porting to new devices, and developing new applications is limited to the amount of time that their author enjoys putting in.
